Lab Alumni

Maggie started working in the lab in her junior year and completed her SIP in the lab. Her work focused on building a set up to characterize optical cavities in the laboratory. ​

Next Step: Graduate school in Chemistry at University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign as part of the Vura-Weis Research Group

Lillian worked in the lab throughout her senior year! During that time she helped develop an angle dependent reflection set up and translate some kinetic modeling from Excel to Python.

Next Step: Masters in Biochemistry and Cell Biology at the University of Fribourg (Switzerland)

Justin started working in the lab in his junior year and completed his SIP in the lab. His work focused on the fabrication and characterization of silver mirrors on various surfaces.

Next Step: Working at Jolt Energy (1 year). Graduate school at Rice University
